Description
Design the transforms a former church site into a mixed-use community hub, retaining the worship program within an accessible amenity level highlighted by an illuminated Cross. Above, sculpted residential forms and elevated terraces frame an active civic plaza with retail and community spaces. By aligning with city policy and partnering with local groups, the development increases land value while maintaining strong social benefit—creating a contemporary urban village where faith, community, and modern living come together.
