6288 Beresford Street is a compact multi-family residential project in Burnaby, designed to introduce gentle density within an established neighbourhood fabric. The project balances contemporary architectural expression with a human-scaled streetscape, supporting livable urban infill close to transit and daily amenities.

Urban Infill Strategy

The building massing is organized to fit efficiently within the lot while maintaining clear setbacks and transitions to adjacent properties. Ground-oriented units and defined entrances strengthen the relationship between the building and the street.

Unit layouts prioritize daylight, privacy, and functional living spaces. Direct access units and clear circulation improve everyday usability while supporting a sense of ownership at the individual unit level.
