Description
Broadway Hotel is a contemporary hospitality project located along the Broadway corridor in Vancouver. The design balances an efficient hotel program with a strong street presence and a refined urban architectural expression.
Brand-Ready Hotel Concept
Broadway Hotel is a hospitality development located along Vancouver’s Broadway corridor, responding to the area’s evolving role as a major urban and transit spine. The project introduces a compact hotel program within a mid-rise form that reinforces street activity while remaining sensitive to its surrounding context.
Urban, Transit-Oriented Location
The building massing is organized to maintain a strong pedestrian scale at grade, with upper levels carefully articulated to reduce perceived height. Clear entries, active ground-floor uses, and generous glazing contribute to an animated streetscape and a legible arrival experience for guests.
Architectural Reading
Façade articulation and material variation add depth and rhythm to the elevations, giving the building a contemporary identity that aligns with the character of the corridor. Together, these strategies position Broadway Hotel as an urban hospitality project that integrates efficiently into its neighbourhood while contributing to the vitality of the public realm.
