Description
Eliot is a boutique four-storey residential project in East Vancouver that explores how compact housing can be enhanced through shared space, neighbourhood integration, and careful amenity planning. The design balances affordability and livability within a low-rise, urban infill form.
Urban Integration
Located on a quiet, tree-lined street in Norquay, the project reinforces a walkable lifestyle with daily amenities, cafés, and services within close reach. Its scale and massing respond to the surrounding neighbourhood while supporting car-free living.

Shared Living Strategy
A rooftop amenity level extends the living environment beyond individual units, integrating fitness space, communal gardens, children’s play areas, and social zones. These shared spaces encourage everyday interaction and support diverse household needs.
Compact Design Logic
Efficient unit layouts, clear circulation, and well-proportioned balconies are used to maximize comfort within a modest footprint. The project demonstrates how thoughtful design can elevate affordability, health, and sustainability in low-rise residential housing.
