Description

Landmark mixed-use development that brings together office, retail, and public space into a unified urban destination. Defined by a sculpted high-rise skyline and an active street-level podium, the project strengthens city identity while creating a vibrant, people-focused commercial hub at a metropolitan scale.

Landmark Architecture

International Plaza is a landmark mixed-use development located along the waterfront in Wuhan, conceived as a new urban destination that integrates density, public life, and skyline identity. A series of slender towers rise from a continuous podium, allowing height to be accommodated while maintaining openness and permeability at the ground level.

Elysian Spire

Continuous Inspiration

The towers are unified by a continuous white architectural frame and sculpted edges that soften their mass and emphasize verticality. Layered glazing and diagonal façade articulation introduce depth and movement across the elevations, creating a dynamic presence along the riverfront. At grade, active uses and public spaces reinforce the connection to the waterfront, while landscaped terraces and elevated green spaces provide moments of relief within the high-density urban environment.
