Description

Kelowna Gateway is a high-rise mixed-use residential tower that marks a prominent urban entry point within the city. The project is conceived as a landmark building, combining a strong vertical residential form with a highly articulated podium that engages the street and frames the public realm.

Landscape-Driven Expression

Façade rhythms, balcony articulation, and vertical screening elements are inspired by regional landscapes, translating natural patterns into a contemporary architectural language.

Elysian Spire

Human-Scaled Density

A layered podium, setbacks, and integrated landscaping soften the building’s scale at street level, balancing density with comfort, livability, and pedestrian engagement.

Urban Landmark

The tower is positioned as a gateway building, defining a key arrival point in Kelowna with a strong and recognizable form that anchors the surrounding urban fabric.
