Radius is a multi-building residential development shaped by strong neighbourhood design guidelines and a focus on human-scale living. The massing is broken into smaller blocks with brick-clad lower levels and lighter window-wall upper floors, creating a grounded base and a visually softer expression above. Generous setbacks, varied brick heights, and layered terraces help reduce bulk and maintain a pedestrian-friendly character. Individual entries—framed by colorful doors, trellises, and private patios—wrap all sides of the site, activating every street edge and encouraging everyday interaction.
