Description

Royal Hill Plaza is a high-density mixed-use development defined by sculpted tower forms and a layered podium that integrates retail, public space, and urban life. The project emphasizes vertical elegance, active street edges, and a clear relationship between skyline presence and human-scale experience, creating a landmark destination within its urban context.

Visualization & Planning Clarity

Through detailed illustration and 3D visualization, the master plan translates planning principles and massing strategies into a clear architectural narrative. The work highlights how building form, circulation, and open space align to create a walkable, connected destination and a distinctive addition to New Westminster’s evolving urban fabric.

Elysian Spire

Urban Structure & Density

A series of slender high-rise towers are strategically placed above a multi-level podium, concentrating density vertically while preserving a human-scaled experience at street level. This approach balances skyline presence with comfortable, active ground-floor conditions.

Podium & Public Life

The podium is shaped to accommodate retail, community programs, and shared amenities, forming a continuous interface between buildings and public space. Landscaped terraces and activated edges create a layered transition from the street to the residential towers above.
