The project balances density with comfort, using careful massing and material articulation to create a cohesive residential environment.

Architectural Expression

A contemporary palette of wood tones, light cladding, and articulated volumes breaks down the overall massing. Subtle variations in façade rhythm and rooflines add visual interest while maintaining a calm, cohesive identity across the development.
