Description
Station One is a multi-family residential project located near transit infrastructure in Maple Ridge. The design supports walkable living through compact massing, clear residential entries, shared amenity spaces, and a contemporary architectural expression.
Efficient Urban Living
The project accommodates residential density in a compact, efficient form while maintaining a clear relationship to the surrounding neighbourhood.

Massing Language
The architectural massing is carefully articulated to reduce perceived scale and reinforce a human-scaled street presence. Stepped volumes, clearly defined residential entries, and landscaped setbacks help break down the building’s form while supporting privacy and street engagement. Shared indoor and outdoor amenity spaces are centrally organized to enhance livability and encourage everyday social interaction.
Consistent Exterior Reading
A restrained material palette and layered façade articulation give the building a contemporary residential character that is consistent and approachable. Together, these strategies position Station One as a transit-oriented residential project that balances density, livability, and neighbourhood integration.
