Set within a natural landscape, the proposal responds to the growing aging population in British Columbia by creating a supportive, community-oriented living environment.

Private, efficient suites designed for seniors aged 75+, offering dignity, comfort, and autonomy within a supportive community setting.
Shared Amenities
Centralized dining, common spaces, and staff facilities form the social and operational heart of the project, delivered in Phase One to support future expansion.

A dedicated care component provides round-the-clock nursing and assisted living, allowing residents to age in place as care needs evolve.
