Description

A two-phase senior living development in Port Hardy featuring two purpose-built buildings with a total of 300 beds. The project is designed to support both independent living and full-care seniors, combining residential units with shared amenities such as dining, healthcare, and social spaces. Set within a natural landscape, the proposal responds to the growing aging population in British Columbia by creating a supportive, community-oriented living environment.
