Description
Wilson Chang Architect Inc. with Veritas Homes Ltd. A mixed-use institutional project on a Cambie Corridor Plan "unique site" flagged for added height and a well-being hub of institutional, medical, and residential uses. The design layers school, adult day care, treatment, and office floors above a publicly open ground level, with elevated roof gardens stepping across the podium and a stone-to-glass double-skin façade resolving into a flared 飛簷 profile.
The Flying Eave on Cambie
The tower's glass double skin flares outward at its base into a sweeping curve — a contemporary 飛簷. Stone anchors the base; the silhouette gives the corridor a civic marker without literal temple imagery.

Eight-storey podium and tower at 8155 Cambie with Veritas Homes Ltd. A full Tzu Chi campus stacked vertically: assembly at grade, 29,500 sf school, adult day care, treatment and office floors above.
