V2 Condo is a mid-rise residential project in Burnaby that explores compact urban living through clear massing, active ground conditions, and a contemporary architectural language. The project focuses on balancing density with livability while contributing a distinct yet contextual presence to its neighbourhood.

Urban Edge & Ground Activation

The building is organized with an articulated podium that engages the street through landscaped setbacks, clear entries, and shared amenities. This approach softens the building’s interface with its surroundings while reinforcing a pedestrian-friendly public edge.

Elysian Spire

Efficient Residential Organization

Upper residential floors are planned with efficient unit layouts that prioritize daylight, privacy, and outdoor access through balconies. The compact floor plates support a range of unit types suited to urban lifestyles while maintaining clarity in circulation and structure.

Contemporary Expression

A restrained façade palette is combined with bold accent elements to create rhythm and visual identity. Subtle shifts in volume, balcony articulation, and colour detailing break down the massing and give V2 Condo a recognizable character within Burnaby’s evolving residential context.
