Description

W 14th is a next-generation senior community designed around wellbeing, connection, and access to nature. A stepped podium forms a series of expansive outdoor terraces, creating generous communal gardens, walking loops, and social spaces above grade. The tower rises with a soft, curving expression and continuous glazing, bringing daylight deep into the suites and framing open city views. The architecture blends residential warmth with an urban civic presence, creating a calm, uplifting environment that supports aging in place.

Architecture for Aging Well

The design prioritizes comfort, safety, and dignity for seniors. Circulation is simple and intuitive, units are planned for accessibility, and the building layout reduces travel distances while supporting independence at every age.

A Connected Wellness Terrace

A large outdoor amenity deck sits at the heart of the project. Landscaped paths, quiet seating areas, exercise zones, and social gathering spaces offer daily opportunities for movement, sunlight, and community—key components of healthy aging.

Community-Focused Living

Indoor amenity rooms, shared kitchens, lounges, and multipurpose spaces encourage interaction and create a supportive environment. The building is designed not just as housing, but as a cohesive community that fosters belonging and engagement
