The tower rises with a soft, curving expression and continuous glazing, bringing daylight deep into the suites and framing open city views. The architecture blends residential warmth with an urban civic presence, creating a calm, uplifting environment that supports aging in place.

The design prioritizes comfort, safety, and dignity for seniors. Circulation is simple and intuitive, units are planned for accessibility, and the building layout reduces travel distances while supporting independence at every age.
